Patrons are the foundation of any serious conservation organization. Their monthly contribution lets us plan the full year, hire long-term staff, commit budget to multi-month projects — not just reactive responses. When 100 people back the sanctuary with predictable, modest support, everything else becomes possible.

How is the monthly payment processed?+
In V1 we coordinate manually: the team generates a monthly Bold payment link or sets up a recurring transfer from your bank (PSE/auto-debit). Takes less than 5 minutes per month. Soon we will automate via Bold subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — one WhatsApp message and we stop. No forms, no retention friction. It is your money, you decide.
Do I get a DIAN tax receipt?+
Yes — at the end of each fiscal year we issue a consolidated certificate for your total annual giving. Deductible on your income tax return (Special Tax Regime · Decree 2150/2017). Monthly certificates also available on request.
Can I change the amount?+
Yes, anytime. Patrons typically start at one tier and move up when they see reported impact. We also move down without friction.
How does this work if I live outside Colombia?+
Bold accepts international cards. Charges always run in COP (~3,700 per USD); your bank handles the conversion. For international transfers (Wise, Zelle, USDT), message us on WhatsApp and we will share details.
That is the metric we are chasing in 2026. Not the one-time large donor. The critical mass of Patrons returning month after month — that is the base on which a sanctuary built to last decades stands.
